What if i want to return items? |

A. Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. However, if you order the wrong item, and are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us. And provided they are received by us in good condition (i.e. the same condition when you received the goods), we will credit the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred in store credits. Carriage cost is 20% of purchase price.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 2 days of receipt otherwise no claims will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will not be charged. |

*We strongly advise our customers to check and verify product(s) upon delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged, we will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount paid. |

Some items/conditions are NOT allowed to return. For items which has obvious sign of use, custom order by customer, goods purchase from other Sellers, original genuine product etc. |

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will NOT be any refund. Perfect Distribution Sdn Bhd will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. |

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 1 Month after the confirmation. |

Our warranty policy covers any manufacturing defects or material faults that may occur in the products you purchase from us. In the event that your product has a manufacturing defect or material fault, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear over time. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the product will void the warranty.
To ensure that your rights are preserved under this warranty, it is important to use and care for your furniture appropriately. Please note that this warranty will not apply if your furniture is damaged as a result of using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.
In addition, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or damage caused by pets. Please also note that this warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors unless specifically stated otherwise.
The warranty does not cover items marked as "AS-IS" or any form of display items at the time of purchase, nor does it cover items not purchased directly from Kahuha
Kahuha reserves the right to make final and conclusive decisions on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, whether of workmanship or materials. Any decision to repair or replace parts shall be at Kahuha’s sole discretion.
Please note that any item repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. This warranty covers the cost of material components, replacement parts, labor, and transportation charges for manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period.
For manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts will be covered by the purchaser, with all labor charges and transportation costs (if any) to be borne by the purchaser.
To submit a claim, simply email your claim to admin@kahuha.com with photos/videos of the defect as well as your order number. |

- Please note that this warranty does not extend to scratches, marks, chips, or cracks that may result from improper use of the product.
- It is essential to keep in mind that the surface of these natural materials is porous, and any spills or food stains should be promptly wiped off to prevent marks, stains, and cracks from forming.

Kindly be informed that our furniture is made of full-grain leather, which naturally features distinctive marks, scars, insect bites, and other characteristics that are inherent to the animal hide and should not be regarded as flaws or defects.
Please note that environmental factors such as exposure to direct sunlight can impact the leather's performance and appearance and are not covered under warranty.
Structural Integrity
3 years warranty to cover the structural integrity and any manufacturing defects of all our sofas and armchairs from the date of purchase. These include frame, suspension and support.
Fabric
Our fabrics are made from natural materials and usually is not water repellent unless otherwise stated, there will be slight variations between batches, and these are natural. |
